This website is dedicated to my mother, Dorie Hamm. Her love for Homer and for Alaska was unwavering until she lost her battle with Cancer in 1984. She lived both in Homer and "Across The Bay" and her absolute favorite place to be was out on the waters of Kachemak Bay in Dorie's Dory headed to her home in Little Tutka Bay.  We miss you, Mom.
